Refund policy
At BodyByNii, every jar is handcrafted with intention and we are committed to providing high-quality, handcrafted products. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it better. In line with UK consumer law, you have the legal right to request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns on opened or used items unless the product is faulty or damaged.
If you’d like to request a return, please use the return request option in your customer account or contact us directly within 14 days of delivery. Once your return is received and checked, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 7 working days.
Please note, return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t refund items that go missing in transit. If your order arrives damaged or you believe something isn’t quite right, please email us at hello@bodybynii.uk within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. Include your order number and, if possible, a photo. We’ll make it right. Thank you for choosing BodyByNii — your trust means everything. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
